Pompano Mexican Vanilla Extract (1X)

This recipe uses Pompano Mexican Vanilla beans produced by small farmers from the Totonacapan region of Mexico and spirit distilled in the PNW. 

This is a single fold vanilla. Cost is due to the alcohol AND vanilla beans (these giant buggers are expensive! But worth it!)

I've been making my own vanilla extracts for a few years now, using them in my own baked goods and giving them as gifts.

 My extracts have

• ZERO fillers - no added sugar, water or vanilla flavoring. Just vanilla beans & alcohol distilled in the PNW
• Unfiltered: Comes with real vanilla bean seeds
  
• Aged at least 6 months - each bottle is labeled with the bottle date / batch number and you can find additional batch notes here
• Made with organic, sustainable sourced, vanilla beans

Each bottle is 8oz of 100% Pure, Vanilla Extract & comes with extra real Vanilla Beans inside the bottle. The Vanilla Beans have been cut open to expose even more seeds to further enhance the flavor & smell.

Alcohol Flavor Notes:

Just Rum's Simple White - John's Cut: This combo produces an incredibly floral vanilla note.

Just Rum Oregon Oak Rested: Smokey & Oakey with subtle vanilla floral notes.
