Madagascar Vanilla Extract (1X)

I've been making my own vanilla extracts for a few years now, using them in my own baked goods and giving them as gifts.

This is a 1X version of my vanilla extract. These vanillas are more "Whiskey Forward" than my 2X versions and the costs are due to the cost of the whiskey, not the beans.

My extracts have

• ZERO fillers - no added sugar, water or vanilla flavoring. Just Madagascar Vanilla Beans & alcohol distilled in the PNW
• Unfiltered: Comes with real vanilla bean seeds
• Aged at least 6 months - each bottle is labeled with the bottle date / batch number and you can find additional batch notes here
• Made with organic, sustainable sourced, vanilla beans

Each bottle is 8oz of 100% Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract & comes with extra real Vanilla Beans inside the bottle. The Vanilla Beans have been cut open to expose even more seeds to further enhance the flavor & smell.

Flavor Characteristics Of Different Alcohols:

• Double Circle Straight Bourbon Whiskey: lightly sweet herbs and spice with sweet spice on the palate
• Ewing Young Oregon Homestead Heritage OAK Bourbon Whiskey: Deep caramel flavors
• Bull Run Distilling 7yo Straight Whiskey With Maple: Light & Mapley. Great in pancake and cookie recipes. My current stock of this was aged for over 1 year as well!
