Bottom of the Barrel Vanilla Extract

These 2 oz bottles contain the "last dregs" of multiple vanilla batches. 

I'm still working on calculating the amounts that go into a vanilla batch, so after each batch there is a little left over. So this "Bottom of the Barrel" is just that, all the extract batches mixed together. These could be double fold, single fold, bourbon, vodka, Madagascar, Tahitian, or Mexican vanillas. It's just a mix of whatever was being bottled at the time. It's still very good though. Give it a try.

I've been making my own double fold vanilla extracts for a few years now, using them in my own baked goods and giving them as gifts.
