Vanilla Powder

Made from the "spent" vanilla beans used to make my extracts.

After bottling the vanilla extract, I dry the beans at low temperatures (110F) for up to 24 hours until they are dry. The beans are then ground, sifted, and bottled.

Each jar contains ~50g of vanilla power (equivalent to ~6oz of fresh beans)

Great to add to coffee, tea, baked good, ice creams, & more!
