• 202204-01 - An experiment in aging vanilla extract, using Lewis & Clark Quicksilver River Northwest Bourbon and Organic Tahitian Vanilla beans. Bottled on 04/01/2022 in a 1/2 gallon jug.
• 202204-02 - Similar to 2204-02, but with Eastside Distilling Mt Hood Potato Vodka. Bottled on 04/01/2022 in a 1/2 gallon jug.
• 2023/07 - The original "for sale batch", extracted in a 1/2 gallon jug filled with Rose City Vodka in early July of 2023. Produced 5 x 8oz jars + 4 x 4 oz jars of Vanilla Nectar, bottled on 1/06/2024.
• 202307-02 - Extracted in a 1/2 gallon jug filled with Broken Top Straight Bourbon Whiskey in early July of 2023. Produced 6 x 8oz jars, bottled on 1/15/2024.
• 202307-03 - First 50% Tahitian / 50% Madagascar batch. Extracted in a 1/2 gallon jug filled with Rose City Vodka on 7/6/2023. Produced 5 x 8oz jars bottled on 1/15/2024.

• 202306-01 - Extracting in a 1/2 gallon jug on 6/25/2023, filled with Bull Run Distilling 7yo American Straight Whiskey Infused with Maple (Batch 006, Bottle 816) and Madagascar vanilla beans. My first 1x vanilla, but letting it extract for 1 year. I did draw out 8oz for a friend as a xmas gift and their response was: Wow - this stuff was amazing. Ready: 6/25/2024
• 202401-01 - Extracting in 5 x 1/2 gallon jugs on 01/03/2024, filled with Rose City Vodka and 2x/double fold amount of 50% Madagascar vanilla bean / 50% Tahitian Vanilla beans. Ready: 7/3/24
• 202402-01 - Extracting in a 2L Oak barrel on 02/08/2024, filled with Rose City Vodka and a 1x batch (8oz) of Madagascar vanilla beans. I am expecting to taste test this at 3 months and then again at 6 months. Ready: 8/8/24
